As we begin 2026, I want to speak clearly and directly about why Canela Health Connections exists, and why that matters now more than ever.

Too often, patients are left navigating complex systems alone, relying on incomplete information, or being approached by organizations that treat healthcare like a product rather than a responsibility.

Canela Health Connections was created to change that.

We are a Canadian-based, healthcare-led organization built on one foundational principle: medical decisions must be guided by medical experts, not salespeople, marketers, or travel intermediaries.

From the very first call, our clients are connected with an experienced medical doctor who reviews their case, assesses risk, and determines the appropriate next step—often the very same day. We are proud to state, clearly and transparently, that Canela Health Connections is the only medical tourism organization that holds formal agreements and established clinical pathways with Hospitals Puerta de Hierro in Guadalajara.
